How to start a scheduled meeting as a host

Connect to WebEx

1. Enter the web conferencing URL noted on your wallet card. Select Log In in the upper right hand corner.
2. Enter your User name and Password noted on your wallet card. Click Log In.
   
3. Go to Host a Meeting and select My Meetings
4. Locate your meeting on the list of your meetings and click Start to begin your web conference.

Connect to BT MeetMe

At the start of your meeting, dial your BT MeetMe dial-in number and follow the prompts. Enter your Chairperson passcode, followed by #. To prevent fraudulent use, please do not share your Chairperson passcode.

How to join a meeting as a participant

1. Participants can join the web conference by visiting the WebEx URL identified in their invitation, then entering the meeting number.
2. Participants will also need to join the audio portion of the meeting by dialing your BT MeetMe dial-in number and participant passcode, followed by #.

First-time users should allow 3-5 minutes to download the WebEx plug-in before the meeting.
